• 6:55-7:00 - Hear from 1st nominated charity
• 7:00-7:05 - Hear from 2nd nominated charity
• 7:05-7:10 - Hear from 3rd nominated charity
• 7:10-7:20 - Distribute ballots and count votes
• 7:20-7:30 - Announce winning charity, distribute donation, and adjourn meeting.
